A biochemist by training, Bradley started his career working for the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies. He has spent the past 17 years commercialising research, specialising in early stage spin out companies from the university sector. This experience includes seven and a half years within the seed funds team at Cambridge Enterprise, the commercialisation arm of the University of Cambridge. Here he created and invested in spin outs founded on university technology. He is currently a partner in an emerging med tech investment fund. His skill set includes business development, licensing and investment readiness.
